Why Book a Combined Celebrant and MC Package in Perth?

I'll be straight with you, booking one person for both roles just makes the day easier. Here's why couples who've done it say it was the best decision they made:

  • I already know you by the time the reception starts. We've had meetings, I know your story, I know which guests are going to be emotional and which ones are going to be first on the dance floor. That makes the transition from ceremony to reception feel natural, not like a handover to a stranger.

  • One point of contact instead of three. No miscommunication between your celebrant, your MC, and whoever's doing the music. I coordinate directly with your venue, photographer, and DJ so the day runs to plan.

  • It costs less than booking separately. Two experienced wedding professionals in Perth for ceremony and reception separately? You're easily looking at $2,500 or more. My Lovers Bees Knees combined package is $2,000, all in.

  • You get to relax. That's actually the whole point.

Ready to Check Your Date?

I'd love to hear from you. Whether you know exactly which package you want or you just want to have a chat first, either is completely fine.

Wedding Celebrant & MC Package FAQs

  • A standalone professional wedding MC in Perth typically costs between $500 and $1,500 depending on experience and the length of the event. If you'd like me as both your celebrant and MC, my combined packages start at $2,000, which works out better value than booking both roles separately.

  • Your celebrant legally marries you. They manage the ceremony, handle all the legal documentation under Australian marriage law, and make sure you're officially and correctly registered as married. Your MC hosts your reception, managing the run sheet, introducing speakers, cueing formalities, and keeping the energy right throughout the night. They're two different roles, but I do both, which is why a combined package makes so much sense.

  • Every package is different, but across my celebrant packages you can expect all legal documentation including your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), a ceremony script written around your actual story, pre-wedding planning meetings, a PA system for ceremony music, and professional delivery on the day. The whole shebang also includes ceremony audio recording and music across your entire wedding day.

  • In most cases, yes, especially in Perth where coordinating multiple vendors can get complicated fast. When I'm your celebrant and MC, I'm already across every detail of your wedding before the reception even starts. There's no briefing required, no awkward handover, and no risk of the MC making a joke about something they shouldn't.

  • Yes. I cover all of Perth and Western Australia, including the Swan Valley, Fremantle, Margaret River, South Perth, Cottesloe, and regional WA. Perth metro travel is included. For regional locations, just get in touch and I'll give you a straight answer on any additional costs.

  • Absolutely. I'm proudly LGBTQIA+ inclusive and have experienced conducting same-sex weddings and ceremonies for couples of all backgrounds across Perth and WA. Every couple is completely welcome.

  • For Saturday weddings during Perth's peak season, September through April, I'd recommend booking at least 9 to 12 months in advance. Popular dates fill up fast. Weekday and off-peak weddings often have more flexibility, but I'd still encourage you to reach out early so your date is secured.

  • Just reach out and we'll have a chat. There's no obligation, and I'll ask a few simple questions to help you figure out what suits your wedding best. Most couples find it pretty clear once we talk through it.
